The HST Practice Management Super User Workshop + Certification is designed for intermediate through advanced skill-level Practice Management users. It offers an overview, hands on lab, Q&A, and check on learning for a series of key topics. Successful completion of the cumulative final assessment will result in an HST Practice Management Super User Certification. Both Week One and Week Two will feature pre-recorded topic overviews conducted by subject matter experts. These videos provide an in-depth look at each topic. Completion of each video and its check on learning is required to progress to the next topic; the supplemental reading is available but optional. Please make a note of any questions that you may have and submit them in the Questions and Responses tab available for each course.
