PMSU200: Practice Management Super User Workshop + Certification

The HST Practice Management Super User Workshop + Certification is designed for intermediate through advanced skill-level Practice Management users. It offers an overview, hands on lab, Q&A, and check on learning for a series of key topics. Successful completion of the cumulative final assessment will result in an HST Practice Management Super User Certification.

Both Week One and Week Two will feature pre-recorded topic overviews conducted by subject matter experts. These videos provide an in-depth look at each topic. Completion of each video and its check on learning is required to progress to the next topic; the supplemental reading is available but optional. Please make a note of any questions that you may have and submit them in the Questions and Responses tab available for each course. Questions will be answered as they are submitted and will be covered for the group during the corresponding week's live Q&A session.
